Placing an Order:
We have 3 options for placing an order:
1. TOLL FREE: U.S. & Canada
- Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian Buyers, please send e-mail for shipping quote 1st. Include name, item description, part number and complete shipping address.
- Call toll free at 866-441-9544, 9AM to 6PM Central Time, Monday thru Friday (Except on Holidays) to place an order.
2. ONLINE: U.S. Only 24 hour shopping!
New to internet shopping? Heres what to expect when ordering online.
- On every product page you will find an add to cart button with a box just above it showing the quantity as "1". (You may change this if you are ordering more than one.) When you click on the button, the depicted product(s) will be added to your shopping cart and the shopping cart page then opens showing the item(s) you have chosen.
- At this point you you can continue shopping by clicking the continue shopping button, or you can delete item(s) from the cart by checking the delete box, then click on the update items button.
- Ready to checkout? Click on the checkout button. A Security Alert pop-up box with the Locking Logo will appear telling you that you are about to view pages on a secure connection. In the security alert box are 2 buttons, an ok button and a more info button. Click the more info button to see more about this feature, or click on the ok button to continue, and just follow the simple instructions. Have your credit card ready.
- HELPFUL SECURITY TIP: Any time you order anything anywhere online be sure to check your Browser Address Bar to be sure it starts with ( https:// ) showing that the page is secure before entering any of your personal and credit card information.

Please Note: Payment with a check will delay shipment of item at least 10 days until the check clears our bank.

Order Cancellations:
