1932 Ford Roadster Pedal Car, Information & Resources
A Classic American Hot Rod, the ever popular 1932 Ford Roadster is reproduced in miniature.
It's late 2004, Mark Luzaich owner of Warehouse 36, working with toy designer, Graham Metcalfe, create a 1932 Ford Roadster pedal car based on the lines of what is known as the original "Deuce Coupe." Together these men succeeded in capturing the excitement of this history-making car.
2005 the 32 Ford Roadster line was introduced by Warehouse 36 as a completely new pedal car that is admired by both children and auto enthusiasts alike. Officially licensed by Ford Motor Company, these 1932 Ford Pedal Cars are of stamped steel construction with rubber tires and pedals, and are finished in a non-toxic "Child Safe" powder coating. Features are, chrome Ford hubcaps, a highly detailed 32 grille, custom vinyl graphics, real hood louvers and other chrome accents. The roadster style pedal cars come with working trunks, the truck style pedal cars include working mechanical features and working tailgates.

Edsel Ford II is sponsoring the "Hot Rod Heroes" program, a charity event which will highlight the creation of 10 custom, one-of-a-kind versions of the `32 Ford Roadster Pedal Car. These cars will be designed and built by 10 of the leading hot rod designers in the country and will be auctioned off in late 2007.
